Production system supported by over 1,500 machines
To achieve short delivery times, we have introduced more than 1,500 machines, such as sawing machines, lathes, machining centers, multitasking machines, drilling machines, gun drilling machines, broaching machines, gear cutting machines, grinders, wire cutting machines, electric discharge machines, injection molding machines, three-dimensional measuring machines, and heat treatment equipment.
3D Measuring Room
We use a 3D measuring room to ensure product quality. Under strict temperature and humidity control throughout the year, we use equipment capable of extremely high-precision measurements of 1/10,000 mm (about 1/800 of the thickness of a human hair) to inspect high-precision products and calibrate measuring instruments.
Heat Treatment Equipment
Heat-treated products are durable and wear-resistant, maximizing their performance and quality demanded by the market.
We have accumulated many years of know-how, which significantly contributes to manufacturing high-quality products.
The heat treatment facility operates 24 hours a day in three shifts and has a pit furnace for high-mix, low-volume production, and a state-of-the-art vacuum carburizing furnace.
